The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and the University of Waterloo (Uwaterloo) in Canada have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic university partnership aimed at developing a proposal for the Centre for Eye and Vision Research (CEVR).
